Josh's Birthday was October 1st. I'm a little behind on all we did!
We enjoyed his day hiking in the Tent Rocks Monument. We arrived at lunch time and had a picnic. Then we were on our way to conquer the 2.7 mile hike through the canyon, up the mountain and back.
It was a gorgeous day and really fun. The kids fared well. Jaron had a blast on his adventure and was a trooper hiking, climbing, and running the whole way. Izzy was a perfect hiker. She was careful, took care of her brothers and had a blast climbing and being independent. Luke was a champ! He hiked a little over a mile. We only put him in the carrier when we had a lot of climbing to do. He had a blast being free to run along with his siblings.

I hope you had a great day. We all had so much fun eating, laughing, hiking, giggling, driving, eating, laughing, & relaxing with you during your day. I think you have created a tradition.
